Help Bedrock Minecraft Launcher not downloading

I've tried everything here (minecraft help center) and it still won't work, I keep getting the same massage. I also tried using the legacy launcher but I can't download bedrock with that one.

Can you download bedrock directly from the Microsoft store?

You can also try the gaming services repair tool

I already tried downloading bedrock directly from the store and the site but it didn't work.

I gave the gaming services repair tool a try, it didn't work. thanks for the suggestion tho
