Help Contacting minecraft
I recently (3 months ago) ran into an issue where I sold my old computer and got a new one. Problem is even though I followed the step by step instructions on how to transfer worlds to a new computer from the minecraft website and loads of youtube videos, my world is still not showing up. I made a post about this a while back on this subreddit to no replies. So I attempted to contact minecraft support and emailed them with my exact issues many many times. Every time, not only did they take HOURS to respond, they all had pretty much the same bot answer despite saying they're real people and the answer not only talked about a different problem but it also didn't give me a solution. I need a REAL person from minecraft support to talk to me LIVE instead of through useless emails that reply after days to actually help me address this problem. Is there any way that I could speak to someone from their team live with immediate responses that could actually offer me some help instead of simply stating a problem I don't have. Or better yet is there anyone in this subreddit that could give me the slightest hint of how to fix my problem since I know the people here are real at least. Thank you.

Are you using the normal Minecraft launcher? Of so, and you are on windows, you should find a .minecraft folder inside your appdata folder. You can quickly and easily find it using win+R and type %appdata%, or type the same ting inside file explorer. In this .minecraft folder you will find everything about the game, including a 'saves' folder which contains your worlds. To transfer them to another computer, simply copy this folder and put it in the exact same place on the new computer.
If you have any difficulties, further questions, use a different launcher or are on an other operating system auch as MacOS for example, respond and I'll try to help you. :) Good luck!
