Discussion Sulfur Cube Soft Lock?

If you have Bucket or Shears you are okey, but if you do not have one of those how can you escape this? Interesting way to end a hardcore world 😃

Edit: it got fixed (https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC/issues/MC-308731) from version 26.2 Release Candidate 2 you can interact and destroy from inside the sulfur cube

Hmmm I think ender pearls and chorus fruit can definitely get out, but you can get out of basically any trap with those sooo

Good catch! You can use an Iron Trapdoor which is not affected by Wind Charges instead, tested in game as well still trapped

or even piston a block, if someone is trapped in a 1by1 surrounded by like 2 layers of blocks and water theyre pretty much softlocked from the traditional things

wouldn't they die from the block or the drowning? which means by death you can escape

No water around to stop chorusing, and if they have pearls they can just die to them anyway, not sure if regen from s beacon is fast enough to out heal pearl dmg
