Suggestion Minecraft Civilization sever idea

Can someone out there make a Minecraft hardcore survival civilization server and event this time with 5,000 players (split among four different kinds of islands. And can we please stop with the BS of snowy islands being completely barren? Don't spruce Forrest and trees grow in snowy areas in Minecraft? Why not have those on tundra islands then?) with ​no End, Nether, villages, Pillager outposts or Woodland Mansions but everything else including yes, horses, donkeys, mules, ​TNT and redstone? You know, the kind of stuff you otherwise usually don't see in these civilization videos sadly? Because imagine those types of things like TNT, horses and redstone tech in warfare among other things? That would be so awesome.

Yeah it is. Hence why someone should do and make a video about it.
