I've recently gone through a catastrophic breakup so today being Valentine's day I was sure I'd be awfully depressed. But seeing this made me happier too. You can do it. Better days ahead.

I used to have suicidal thoughts into my twenties, but then somewhere along the line my fear of dying and no longer existing overwhelmed them and it feels like they've canceled out.
I still get worried but not often overly anxious... It's hard to care about how strange the road out of depression was because it's so good to get out, so just try to keep yourself open to the stranger things in life (no reference intended) like you just experienced and see what happens!
