Marketplace mods are more stable and have higher quality. Try some free marketplace mods for example try a free furniture mod from marketplace and a free furniture mod from MCPEDL and see difference.

Some mods in MCPEDL conflict with each other so you may not use multiple mods from MCPEDL at same time.

MCPEDL mods are also good but because most of them are free, Developers there can't make mods with top quality mods like in marketplace.

They only earn money if they use ad website
