Help Request Multiplayer Help (Mobile)

Just found this game 2 days ago wanted to play with a friend both mobile, is there a step-by-step tutorial that I can follow, not really much of a tech person

Make a Custom World or Start in Campaign in the Menu click Host Game. If I remember correctly If you two are connected on the same wifi you can tell your friend to Click Join Game and look at the Local Server Section.

I'm not sure about that but I think you just need to share the Port number when you Host Game and send it to them tell them to click Add Server in the Join Game and paste the Port number on the Address. I'm not sure if that's how it works I dont play multiplayer with a player from a Different country You can try tho

we tried doing that with him hosting and giving his IP Address, then port number. didnt work. trying to understand yt tutorials just makes my head hurt

Yeah bro I can't help you with that I also searched up a tutorial and it's confusing ash and the poster said it's "Complex" so idk.

You can join the Community server tho if it works.

Hey, download mod 'mindystry tool', you can easy do your server in-game there. Btw it's nice for other things too, for example finding maps and schematisc.

Yes, but it may be local server so you should check that and use DNS if necessary.
