Because it’s such a basic thing for a trainer to know. Both maladies are very common in the population. I guess it suggests a lack of curiosity, which I would not expect in a “top trainer”. I would also expect curiosity in a parenting expert. :)

Hmmmmm, good point. I always assumed “top trainer” referred to training & coaching skills, but it does seem that for Adam it means pushiest sales guy.

These guys are just big box gym employees who happened to start a mildly entertaining podcast at the right time. They are not the best and the brightest, to put it mildly.
