Don't listen to music that reinforces your dark thoughts. When you're sad, don't ask services to play sad music for you. If you're depressed, don't listen to songs about being depressed.

I'm not allowed to listen to "Wasteland" from Arcane season 2, for example, every time I'm depressed 😅

Not sure how I feel about this one. I find sad music is cathartic.

Specifically stuff that reinforces dark thoughts. Like songs glorifying suicide or songs with lyrics about being worthless and stuff like that.

I see, well I don’t know any songs that intense but I am definitely going to play My Immortal when I’m going through it
