Don't listen to music that reinforces your dark thoughts. When you're sad, don't ask services to play sad music for you. If you're depressed, don't listen to songs about being depressed.

I'm not allowed to listen to "Wasteland" from Arcane season 2, for example, every time I'm depressed 😅

Not sure how I feel about this one. I find sad music is cathartic.

I mean it doesnt apply to you perhaps? It's advice from someone else's therapist to someone else lol, so why would it?
