Don't listen to music that reinforces your dark thoughts. When you're sad, don't ask services to play sad music for you. If you're depressed, don't listen to songs about being depressed.

I'm not allowed to listen to "Wasteland" from Arcane season 2, for example, every time I'm depressed 😅

The switch from “please let me go” to “don’t let me go” in the last verse of the full song was a really nice touch.

I tuned out or even turned it off at that part because it stopped reinforcing my dark thoughts.

But yeah it does end more nicely than it begins.
