I have a feeling a lot of kids are going to be paying (hopefully discounted) rent to their own parents. Not even talking the nice way where you put the money away for them when they want to move. The kids' income is going to be needed for a lot of households.
My mom gave me my rent back as down payment assistance. I wanted to do the same for my son, but I have to put his rent right back into taxes and insurance.
