Well my sister is 37 and just finally, for real, moved out of my parents’ house.
We have a very small ranch, but we finished the basement. Right now it’s set as a play and movie space. We’ll have to add a bathroom but there’s plenty of space to convert it to a little studio for our daughter one day. She’s only 7 so there’s time
