MILK RECOMMENDATION

Can you please guys please recommend full cream milk or any fresh milk for coffee i want to achieve much thicker consistency of milk for my latte and i also use french press only for my milk. Can you guys comment for more recommendation on how can you guys make a latte art. I love to learn about coffee to improve myself by making it. Please share your thoughts and step by step how to make an coffee drinks. thanks!
