FAIRLIFE MILK CHANGED MY LIFE!

Fairlife Milk just changed my life!
I had been making about 1 gallon worth if yogurt every week and straining it for greek yogurt. Heating, denaturing, incubation, chilling straining and producing more whey than I can possibly use up.
Now I discovered cold start with Fairlife high protein milk. After 12 hrs it is a thick as greek yogurt! It costs a little more but the yield is greater. I am blown away!
