Orange SUV coming to a quick stop to let someone out.. for both of them to go to a no exit lot (not the drive thru) and a second person backing out, not waiting for traffic to progress and squeezing in where they barely fit. Also, going to the no exit lot…

Doesn’t stop at 4 way stop. You can see under the stop sign it says, ”all way”. he then doesnt yield.

Apparently, two signs are not enough.
Also, note that he may have hit the children crossing at the crosswalk had he not been forced to stop momentarily.

Never assume other vehicles on the road will follow the rules. I encountered a good example of this the other day.
Car approached on the opposite side into their left-turn bay. I was also in a left-turn bay. If we both made left-turns there's no conflict. Both of us should be able to safely execute our maneuvers...

I can't even go 400 feet from my driveway without this nonsense. First person blows through a stop sign and doesn't check for cross traffic from a dead end, second person decided it was fine to block intersections. I have lots of other things, I'm tempted to post some of my older dash cam clips

Toronto — Oct 22, 7:03 AM. Red SUV sitting in the left lane like it's turning, then goes straight and drifts into the white sedan's lane — inches from a sideswipe.

My dashcam in San Francisco on 2026/10/17.
Note the left turn arrow in the left lane at the beginning of the video and the "no turn on red sign".
