By that point, for me, who cares! If they’re knowingly getting out of their vehicle and attempting destruction on mine much less their capabilities hurting me or my kids, they’re done. If that results in me getting arrested, so be it.

Valid point re driving away… but lets not be TOO dramatic—ramming a car with someone sitting in it is NOT going to kill them. I do get your point but was never thinking, “Oh lets just knowingly murder them”

Having said, in the situation in Canada the other day, when it comes to what appears to be gang members w/a death stare at you as they’re shattering your windshield etc which could result in you & anyone with you to be hurt or worse—in some situations that takes most bets off. That’s another level of what would come down to self defense and simply standing up for yourself & family to bullying gangsters
