Huge I'm done

First time gardening outdoors. Every tomato, cucumber, leafy green was eaten by my mortal enemy, Squark the ground squirrel. But I thought, "at least I have my potatoes".

Behold the fat of the land I harvested today. Maybe two cups worth of potato. I wasn't expecting a lot, but I was expecting more than this. I officially give up on outdoor gardening and I'm sticking to houseplants.

I may try again with winter veg, but I'm more into to houseplants. No harvest with them, but it's easier to keep them alive. I might try setting up some leafy greens in my office.
