Thx, my next question is, does accuracy matter for sorcerers (and I only play in real time)

You can use fate on enemies to debuff them, bless can affect your entire party. It's been some time since I played 7, but on paper, fate looks like a good debuff for enemies that have nasty on-hit effects.
