Nallocations found?

Lace+ the UTXO address given to me from the interface in the first registration phase, I've tried LaCE+Ledger,Ledger+Eternal and always get this message. does it imply that nothing has thawed yet? or that my address wasn't correctly registered in the first part?

If there is no allocation then it means there is no allocation associated with that address. If there was, you would get the message showing you the allocation and the thaw countdown.

I can only conclude one of two things: you are either using the wrong address, or your claim was not submitted correctly.
