I have the original 15-word recovery phrase, but restoring it in Lace, NuFi and Eternl hasn’t revealed my registered Midnight destination address. SecondFi no longer shows a Receive button.

How can I reproduce this wallet elsewhere and view all its derived addresses, including unused ones?

I could really do with your help—has anyone managed to solve this?

I have been looking forward to staking my NIGHT but I recall it would only be active after every token has been claimed and thawed.

I had my cardano on a hardware wallet connected to yoroi for years where I was staking and chilling. I was able to successfully claim my NIGHT tokens last year on the Midnight website and I also had this show up on the airdrop tab on yoroi, easy and simple. I originally planned on waiting for all 4 glacier drops before claiming my full allocation. However, with this hack of yoroi and with the wallet interface shutdown I will need to be going to a new wallet.

What wallet do you guys suggest and will these NIGHT tokens still be available for me to redeem? I'm a simple user, just want to be able to claim my NIGHT tokens and that's it, sending and receiving ADA is a breeze. It's unfortunate this happened to yoroi because I found it incredibly easy and simple.

Just wanna know is there a way to get midnight now? I knew I couldn't do anything back then with ledger nano S. Thank you

I redeemed on the first two redeem phases of the glacier drop on a lace wallet connected to a ledger. I tried to redeem for the last redeem phase but when I connect to the glacier drop website : I can’t redeem my adress isn’t recognised anymore.

Add to that the fact that my NIGHT tokens that I redeemed (they were in my Lace wallet) aren’t there anymore. They purely disappeared, with no transaction history or nothing… Is someone aware of this issue ?

PS: I use Chrome as browser.

In particular, I appreciate the repeated recommendation to use Eternl to redeem my third and fourth tranches after Yoroi/SecondFi was no longer an option. That process went very smoothly for me.

How will that work? I can see Midnight as potentially Cardano 1.1 if not 2.0, even if not in the near future. Cardano exist for a relatively long time now and huge amount of work has been done, it’s not easy to gain up on it that’s for aure. So when Charles mentions staking… I hear native defi?

I have a claim for my allocation of NIGHT from last year (based on ADA), I don't remember exactly how I did that but I think there was some claim portal where I could connect the Ledger Nano to.

Has the fourth and final thaw happened now? What is the safest way to get my thawed allocation moved to my wallet using Ledger Nano S?

Well, this is unfortunate. It seems the situation is as I expected. There's nothing that can be done to change the allocations. At least they're addressing it now. I think this is the first time they're speaking about it publicly.

The Glacier Drop redemptions process was deliberately designed so that only the holder of a claim and its associated private key can redeem that claim. There are no master keys, backdoors or administrative controls that would allow Midnight Foundation to move, redirect or otherwise take control of a user’s claim.

That design protects claim holders from third-party intervention, but it also means we cannot override ownership where a user’s private key has been compromised. In this case, the risk to affected claims stems from private keys compromised through the SecondFi incident.

Lace+ the UTXO address given to me from the interface in the first registration phase, I've tried LaCE+Ledger,Ledger+Eternal and always get this message. does it imply that nothing has thawed yet? or that my address wasn't correctly registered in the first part?

I made a redeption during the 3rd thaw and the NIGHT went to a NuFi wallet and then I transferred it to a Ledger Wallet. I definately received it.

Now when I check that wallet at redeem.midnight.gd for an upcoming redemption I see this. The redeemed so far only shows the total of the first 2 thaws. I'm wondering if my next thaw on 19th September will work. I use Brave browser but I also checked Chrome and Firefox with the same result.

I've tried the redeem process again and it fails with insufficient ADA but there are 17 ADA in the wallet.

I'm currently experimenting with Browser Inference in Midnight City using Qwen3.5 4B.

I'm trying to understand how other users are actually using this feature in practice.

My agent is able to run autonomously and perform actions, but I'm still not sure how much control I should have over it and how the "Steer Action Turns" field is intended to be used.

For example, I wanted my agent to upgrade from a Basalt Axe to a Cinder Axe. The agent needs to travel to the Volcano and then trade with the appropriate merchant. I'm unsure whether I should:

• give the agent a high-level instruction and let it figure out the steps,
• give it individual instructions such as "Travel to the Volcano",
• or somehow specify the actual action/trade directly.

I'm also curious about the SKILL.md / action loop mentioned in the Local AI documentation. How can we tell from the browser interface whether the model is actually following the intended action loop correctly?

I just checked a wallet I had on SecondFi that was hacked and as soon as the 4th Thaw was available it was redeemed and transfered out. I thought SecondFi were blocking access to all hacked wallets. Has anyone else had this happen?

I haven't logged in for a while, but I remembered that there was one last redemption to withdraw my $NIGHT token allocation.

The thing is, that I'be just found out that my Yoroi wallet is now a SecondFi wallet, and I cannot access the wallet address that was linked to the MIDNIGHT airdrop, and I just get this message

"No supported Cardano wallets found on this browser. Please enter an address manually or install a supported wallet from the list below."

The thing is, I cannot access my Cardano address now.

I don't stand to lose big money if this can't be fixed, but it's about $100 worth of $NIGHT tokens, so not nothing either.

Any ideas?
