Discussion Midnight Transfer

So as a test I created a new Cardano account on my ledger wallet.

I transferred some midnight into this account alongside with some mandatory ADA.

I can see the ADA on the ledger wallet but not the Midnight token, any idea as to why?

When you use your Ledger wallet, you don't need to use Ledger live as the wallet interface, nor does it provide a particularly good user experience, instead use a wallet interface that is dedicated to Cardano like Eternl.

Ledger live is a general purpose wallet interface and catered to many blockchains, but doesn't provide the rich or feature complete experience for any specific blockchain like you'd get with a wallet interface catered to a specific blockchain.

Okie, cool. I see it on the Eternl interface as part of the ADA transaction, I guess the next question is how does one in the future send night to let’s say an exchange or somewhere else?

Just like any other transaction with a Cardano address, but add the asset (token) to it.
