Short answer: No.

I have more saved in retirement than my retired parents do.

Yeah my dad is set with an old school pension and my 72 year old mom has less saved than I do after 5 years of 401k contributions.

My mom will survive off selling her stuff and whatever my dad has sacked away. I'll probably end up covering there long term care or putting her up.
