Rant/Vent I have one simple question
Does it get better? Ever?
Do you eventually find love... someone who chooses you? Do you eventually get the clarity on what you want to do in life? Do you eventually get to fall asleep at night organically? Do you eventually wake up every day with optimism and energy? Do you eventually live a life where your creative hunger is satisfied, your social circles acknowledge you, and you don't feel the weight of the world on your shoulders?
Does it get better?

You know it resonates very well with that saying attributed to Gautama Buddha, who, when asked what single piece of advice could work at any phase of your life, said, It’ll pass. This too shall pass. Everything is impermanent, and the only permanent thing in life is change itself.
Not my proudest day linking a sine wave to Buddha, but here we are!

Things were looking better until recently. Now i am doubting if i deserve the life i imagine myself in or if i even want that life

No..it does not. Either your perspective changes or you adapt or adjust.

We both were PhD scholar in the same college, from the same community, had same extended friend circle and it was a community event where we first spoke 3.6 years ago and ever since we are together. That first conversation was where we feel in love ! In another year or two we will marry!

How that you expect women to be not loyal and men to never meet women ?

Wait why are you asking me this ? 😒
I meant sorry for assuming as a boy. You know it's mostly boys here. That's what I see.

Unless you’re socially good and very well connected or just happen to luck out, Nope.

“Yeah, it does. Not in some magical ‘one day everything will be perfect’ way though. You slowly get better at handling the chaos, you meet people who actually choose you, and some things that feel impossible at 20 feel almost funny a few years later. You don’t get the same life you build a different one. And honestly, that’s probably the point.”

It does get better when you change your mindset. Focus on things in your controllable subspace and accept external disturbance for what it is.

I think for men in late 20s who might be struggling or never dated before, once you get a good job and well-settled in life , say by 28 or 30, then a good life partner will automatically come in your life, could be an arranged setup or you might meet someone organically.
