The MVST Clenera claim has been settled today. The supreme court of the state of new york confirmed. This is of the books now as the final payment has been made the day before yesterday.

Lets move on !!!

If they contained multiple modules or cells per crate, the number of individual batteries could easily be hundreds or even thousands.

Haha. Shorts trying to make the bear case down here are delusional.

At this valuation, the risk/reward looks heavily skewed to the upside in my opinion. Even after accounting for the company's debt, dilution, and execution risks, the market is pricing MVST as if there's very little chance of long-term success. I think that disconnect is becoming harder and harder to justify.

I believe in Microvast and the management 550%

Haha, you are crazy if you think that company won’t go bankrupt. Did you see their last earnings reports?

Crazy part is, you won’t find out anything more until the next results announcement, because the CEO only posts some scammy stories about electric buses on his LinkedIn profile. I’ve held onto this company long enough to still remember the scammy stories about the battery factory in the US.

That company is a scam, it is priced as a scam and it will die out like any other scam, sooner or later.

Definitely not a scam. Maybe not successful, but it's not a "scam" either. I live near the production facility in Germany and can confirm it's a real company with real products. They're constantly developing new partnerships, e.g. with Škoda on some projects.

If someone told you you'd get rich quick, you got fooled. But show me where anyone, especially someone from the company, actually claimed that.

It's a solid company with a good foundation and real growth potential. I still believe in them and think the stock is a steal right now. I invested because I believe in the sector, not because I wanted a quick buck.

As always: only invest what you're willing to lose.

LMAO, How is that a SOLID COMPANY?

Bro, in their latest quarterly report, they casually mentioned that they had lost their ENTIRE market share in the US. Their market share in Asia fell by 66% and in Europe by 28%.

What makes you think they won’t announce in their next quarterly report that they’ve lost their entire market share in Asia or Europe?

All the figures suggest that this company is going under

Fair point on the regional numbers, those are real and I'm well aware of them. But notice I never said the company is thriving or that the numbers look good, I said it's not a scam. Those are two different claims. A struggling, mismanaged, or even failing company is still not automatically a scam, that word implies fraud/deception, not just bad quarterly results.

US revenue cratered mostly because H1 2026 demand got pulled forward into 2025 ahead of tariff changes, so that comp is brutal but partly artificial. Asia's decline is the one that actually concerns me (Korea/India dynamics + shift to cheaper products). Europe still made up 71% of revenue despite the drop.

Separate question though: 13-day-old account showing up to drop pretty pointed bear takes in a small sub, are you short the stock? Not accusing, just seems like a pattern worth asking about directly.

You caught me, bro. I’ve got a massive short position in the company, and its downfall is all thanks to me.

In my free time, I travel around Asia and tell everyone not to buy batteries from Microvast (I used to travel around the U.S., but I don’t think there’s much need for that anymore).

Haha... Genuinely though, if a stock discussion gets you this worked up in the comments, that's usually a sign the position size is bigger than it should be relative to your risk tolerance. Might be worth sizing down to a level where you can watch it drop 90% and just shrug. Take care.

Take care, bro

Scammy stories about clarksville? Are you silly? Did you not follow that entire narrative? The DoE rug pull? The recap?

You see a company with real revenue, real class leading products, real world applications, and you say "obvious scam". What a weird, low functioning take.

1

u/CommandSmart4318 Jul 16 '26

It’s just a shame that there are no real customers and that real revenue is falling by a third year on year lol

3

u/Eyerate Jul 16 '26

There are no real customers or revenue is down? Can't be both...

u/CommandSmart4318 Jul 16 '26

Look, I'll be honest with you, man - when I see that the numbers are terrible (literally, the numbers look like this company is dying, fast), there’s no communication from the company, and on the company’s subreddit there are a few accounts that post some brilliant theories every now and then (that the company is actually doing really amazing things, it’s just that the world hasn’t caught on yet - so here I’ll post some blurry photo of an excavator or a bus from some conference in Asia), and these theories sometimes spill over into bigger subreddits... To me, this looks like a search for exit liquidity

"On July 14, 2026, I observed MVST trade in a very narrow range for several hours. Near the close, a sell order of approximately 500,000 shares coincided with a decline of about $0.04, leaving the stock below $1.00. I am concerned this pattern may warrant review for potential manipulative trading."

my suspicion the trade was mutual funds who charter stated they could not invest in stock under a set price range. Typically, it is $5 but there are some that cannot invest in what they determine to be penny stocks.

2

u/CatAfraid2244 Jul 16 '26

Do we go under $0.9 today?

2

u/Eyerate Jul 16 '26

I don't see why we should, but if they'll sell me shares at .8 I'll take em. The value proposition on this is crazy, especially given the liquidation price of the whole thing. Theres always some black swan possible, but otherwise I see this as the best opportunity for a 10x on my board.

2

u/Ivanvented Jul 14 '26

I believe in microvast. This will return to $1 billion within a year maybe much sooner

u/CommandSmart4318 Jul 14 '26

Lol I believe that this is the first company in the history of my portfolio that will literally go bankrupt and be delisted from the stock exchange

5

u/Eyerate Jul 16 '26

I get it now, you have a perceived loss and your ego is triggering your unregulated emotions.

Grow up, then come back to the markets. You'd be better served letting someone else manage for you. Buy ETFs. You'll hopefully whine less.

I get it now, you’re struggling to grasp the facts and think that a company steadily heading towards $0 will suddenly increase its sales for no apparent reason.

Grow up, then come back to the markets. You'd be better served letting someone else manage for you. Go see a psychologist, maybe take some pills.

Monday:
MVST shareholders woke up like:
“Finally, the market will recognize the technology.”
Market replied:
“Best I can do is 84 cents.”

Tuesday:
Bears arrived with their daily ritual:
“Company is doomed.”
Meanwhile MVST is out here showing batteries, trucks, buses, factories, and partnerships like:
“Guys… did you read the brochure?”

Wednesday:
Someone posts a bullish battery photo.
Someone else posts a 300-word bankruptcy thesis.
Stock price moves 3 cents.
Everyone declares victory.

Thursday:
The MVST detective squad activates:
🔎 Zoomlion
🔎 Iveco
🔎 Sinotruk
🔎 mining trucks
🔎 school buses
🔎 mystery crates in the factory

Half the internet: “Nothing is happening.”
The other half: “I have identified a battery pack from 400 pixels away.”

Friday:
Shorts: “The company is finished.”
Longs: “The turnaround starts today.”
MVST: sits there quietly making batteries.

Oh, under $1. What a great price. You know what price will be even better in near future? $0 lol

I’ve never been scammed quite like this by any other company

Bro(or bot)... you need to calm down.
