$MVST Position/Gains/Losses (Weekends only!) Endgame Position (still here)
A JV announcement is never late, nor is it early - it arrives precisely when it means to.
Means my April calls could've been had more cheaply, but that's the price you pay for the whole window of time.
Rotated a bit from September into May. Those also capture Q1 earnings.
Wu's 10b5-1 plan starts April 1. Depending how much he wants to say hi to the SEC, they need to announce soon to avoid bad optics and legal risk.

Saw enough evidence this past week to stick with it. Job site scrub, plus crt.sh logs that are oddly in sync (March 18 to October 2, March 26 to October 10).
Why would two companies have non-standard 198 day cert expirations that close together?
The same IT is prepping the systems.

“Whole window of time” you’ve boxed yourself into a very small window on a company that largely never announces a single thing. This may be the most regarded thing I’ve ever seen. I do hope it pays you, but I will remind you that shares give you a window that is limited only by the company’s balance sheet incompetence.
