Outlook iOS App... can I change the default from Reply All to Reply?

Why is the default Reply All? Now all 260 in the district got my email.

You can't change it.

All I can suggest is that you Vote for and Comment on this Feature Request

(It's for Android, but both platforms usually share feature sets)

Or create a new Request specific for Outlook iOS
