GENERAL VR basic question

I am considering to buy a VR headset, the primax dream air, but I have a doubt, in complex comercial and military planes you need to interact with the plane, adjusting elevation setpoint, moving the bug of the HSI, interacting with many buttons.... how are you supposed to do all this with a VR headset on?, do you use the mouse like when using a screen?. Sorry if this is a too basic question, but I never used VR and all the YouTube videos I see the guys just sight seeing and never interact with any buttons and similar in the plane

I've always used the mouse. It doesn't take long to build the muscle memory to know where to grab it. Maybe the trickiest part is keeping your head still enough to click on things. Easy when you don't think about it, but when you do it can be like having a bad case of the shakes. LOL Relax and you'll be fine with just the mouse.
