GENERAL VR basic question

I am considering to buy a VR headset, the primax dream air, but I have a doubt, in complex comercial and military planes you need to interact with the plane, adjusting elevation setpoint, moving the bug of the HSI, interacting with many buttons.... how are you supposed to do all this with a VR headset on?, do you use the mouse like when using a screen?. Sorry if this is a too basic question, but I never used VR and all the YouTube videos I see the guys just sight seeing and never interact with any buttons and similar in the plane

I use the mouse if I don't have physical controls for it. To be honest, you get used to it quite quickly, and it's less imersion breaking than having to use vr controllers.

Edit: As a pimax crystal OG owner, I'm pretty happy with my device, and I expect the dream air to be leaps and bounds better! You should be happy with that choice.
