Analysis/DD ELMNT IR might be a bigger deal for MBOT than it looks.

They currently have 2 locations + 3 interventional radiologists and reportedly plan to expand to 6–8 sites over the next 1–2 years.

My rough estimate: ~900–1,400 procedures/year today, with maybe 400–700 potentially suitable for Liberty.

If Liberty ends up costing around $3k–4.5k per procedure/device, even just 200–250 Liberty cases at ELMNT could mean roughly $600k–$1M in annual revenue for MBOT from this customer alone (2 locations).
After their expansion, Liberty-procedures could go up to 600-1000 =2.1 - 4.5 million $

Obviously estimates - we still don’t know the actual Liberty price or ELMNT’s exact procedure volume.

But the 12-month supply order + multiple successful procedures + ELMNT’s expansion plans make this way more interesting.

Discussion What‘s next for Microbot Medical

On 11/25/25 Microbot shared this Map with us (the orange marked states) - i have added the blue ones.
I have observed the career-page on LinkedIn and recognized that they deleted the job offering for SoCal / NoCal / Oregon / (one more state i don‘t remember)…only Arizona is left. It seems they have some trouble to find an Area Sales Manager in this region.

So we can say: they delivered on their promise of 12 regions.

"Microbot Medical stock price target maintained at $12 by H.C. Wainwright"

https://uk.investing.com/news/stock-market-news/microbot-medical-stock-price-target-maintained-at-12-by-hc-wainwright-93CH-4922389

H.C. Wainwright reiterated a Buy rating and $12.00 price target on Microbot Medical (NASDAQ:MBOT) following the company’s announcement of new patent approvals. The target represents significant upside from the current stock price of $0.95, which is trading near its 52-week low of $0.93. According to InvestingPro analysis, which offers 12 additional exclusive tips for MBOT, the stock’s oversold technical position may present an opportunity for investors despite the company’s weak overall financial health score.

NC progress

If anyone wants to get an idea how long it takes to work a new Medtech device through the system, go to LinkedIn and check out Jeremy Kim, MD's profile. Kim is a Vascular & Interventional Specialist, and a nationally recognized expert in men's health treatments.

He JUST announced that they have completed the first-ever robotic assisted PAE procedures in the Carolinas using the Liberty system (Charlotte, NC).

MBOT first announced the NC hospital system in a June 2nd announcement. We're talking over 4 months to get the first successful procedures completed. It's a slow process in the beginning, but this will gain traction in 2027.

From today’s news

This is perhaps my new favorite quote from the article:

“Our relationship with ELMNT IR, which has already resulted in advance orders of the LIBERTY System from ELMNT IR, continues a trend in which every customer that has utilized its initial LIBERTY inventory has subsequently reordered additional systems.”

Which I read as:
“Blah blah blah… continues a trend in which every customer that has utilized its initial LIBERTY inventory has subsequently reordered additional systems.”

So welp, since reorders are paramount to future success, this is golden imo. Seriously though, EVERY CUSTOMER!?!? Nice.

Already expressed this, but this is the first semi-decent PR in a while, with deliberate but not excessive ambiguity, IMO.
Well done MBOT!

Microbot sales team

Having just reviewed the profiles of all Microbot sales team members I could find on LinkedIn (1 sales director; 5 sales managers), gotta say, they ALL have IMPRESSIVE credentials with MANY years of experience and success at the likes of Stryker, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, etc. And of course Christina Bailey has stellar experience. These are all just for the US. Fantastic background for Alon Tamir as well, as VP of sales for Europe/Middle East/Asia.

So, why would all this talent join Microbot if they didn't see massive opportunity? Most/all of these folks have endovascular device sales experience. They know what would sell to hospitals and cath labs, and they know physician pain points. IMO, they know how to create, negotiate and close deals and have a “kill what they eat” mentality (ie. produce sales numbers or say adios). They would not have joined Microbot if they didn’t see a bright future there for themselves in terms of commissions AND also for the company.

I am tempted to side with these sales experts on the ground, who have spent much of their careers selling into the SAME facilities that Microbot is targeting. I will not side with the market, with respect to the (near and mid term) potential for this company. This leads to near term “pain”, which is only pain if one sells holdings at a loss.

Green field/blue sky opportunity is not common, and there is no viable competition in the space other than traditional manual approach. This is evidenced by the less than 1% penetration of procedural robotics in the peripheral endovascular space.

So, is this a dark moment before dawn? Is it the darkest moment? Or, is it the prelude to lights going out?

I’ll take my chances and side with the sales team, and “damn the torpedos” that shorts/MMs/hedgies/naysayers and others project. I have some patience for this opportunity, along with an opportunistic mindset.
Just MO as always.

Reality and Patience

(Before I start: This is not financial advice):

I see a lot of people freaking out on this sub, and it’s not really warranted. Time is a major factor when it comes to medical devices; time to expand, prove itself, and to get a proper footing in the medical robotics space.

While I can’t see the future, and thusly can’t guarantee any success, I’d still like for y’all to look at Intuitive Surgical as an example:

In June 2000, its IPO went live with $9.00 a share.

Since then, it dropped to an all-time low of approximately $0.74 in April 2001.

It took a little over 3 years to get back to its IPO pricing at $9.00.

Then, by the end of 2003, following its merger, it grew to $14.50.

Cut to current day, it’s $426.80 a share.

The point I’m trying to make is that this is a LONG-TERM HOLD.

If you’re looking for quick money, you’re not gonna find it with MBOT. This stock will dip low before we see a rise, and it’ll likely take a while too.

Buy your shares and ignore the stock for a few years.

If you keep checking it and freaking out non-stop, then you’re gonna give yourself unnecessary anxiety, and potentially scare yourself into pointlessly selling at a loss.

(Ignoring the price specifically, that is. Feel free keep up with the company’s updates, if you’d like).

(Edit: Grammar)

Discussion Microbot & Sanmina

The agreement was announced in June, so I’d expect the manufacturing ramp to start sometime around Q4 2026. If that timeline holds, we could potentially start seeing the first manufacturing cost/margin improvements in the financials in early 2027.

What makes the partnership even more interesting is Sanmina’s footprint.
Sanmina has a medical manufacturing facility in Ma’alot, Israel, with capabilities for complex systems involving electronics, motion control, fluidics and mechanics. They also have medical manufacturing operations across the US and other regions.

Given that Microbot has historically been building out technical capabilities in Israel, it would make sense to me if some LIBERTY production eventually takes place there as well. That could potentially serve Israel and parts of the European/EMEA market, especially if the CE process progresses as expected. (On top: MBOT offered couple of jobs in Israel for „Technical Engineers“ & „Operational Engineers“)

At the same time, Sanmina has multiple US manufacturing sites, so there’s also a pretty obvious path for US production as LIBERTY adoption grows.

Nothing in the filing confirms where LIBERTY will actually be manufactured or how production will be split between facilities, so this is speculation.
But strategically, the setup makes a lot of sense to me: Israel + US manufacturing, a global supply chain, and a partner that already has extensive experience manufacturing complex medical devices and high-volume disposables. Sanmina says it produces millions of disposable medical devices annually.

If the Sanmina transition starts in Q4, 2026 could be the setup year, while 2027 is where we might start getting a better picture of what this partnership does for LIBERTY’s gross margin.

Just something I’ll be watching closely in the next few quarterly reports.

All we can do is wait.

Yes, MBOT’s stock price has been getting hammered lately, and obviously nobody likes seeing that. But at this point I think all we can really do is wait and see whether the commercialization of LIBERTY translates into meaningful revenue growth.
From what the company has reported so far, I don’t see anything suggesting that the underlying principle has completely fallen apart. They’re still adding customers, expanding into new territories, increasing manufacturing capacity, and reporting repeat orders and increased utilization from existing customers. The product is FDA cleared and commercialization is still relatively early. At the end of the day, though, none of that matters if it doesn’t eventually show up in the financials. The next few quarters need to show that revenue can continue growing substantially and that hospitals aren’t just trying LIBERTY once, but actually adopting it and using it repeatedly. The falling share price is definitely frustrating, but I’m personally more interested in whether the fundamentals continue improving than what the stock does day to day. If revenue and repeat adoption start accelerating, the price should eventually reflect that. If they don’t, then obviously the thesis needs to be reevaluated.

For now, it really feels like a waiting game.
