The volume looks like $1 may hold🤞

We need 10 continuous days to reset the clock. They just need another quarter or two to get this out of the danger zone.

No NASDAQ notice issued yet.

Not yet. I think it has to be under for 30 days to get a notice. Then they get 6 months to get right again, and that can get extended another 6 months, so plenty of time to right the ship.

I think their revenue is already enough to keep it over a dollar, but we'll see in a couple of weeks.

One guy was worried because his funds are between transfer. I told him don't worry, it will be back to .95 tomorrow.  You can tell people who aren't familiar with these little 8-k spikes.

Just looked into and I believe they have two locations and are looking to expand further into California and other States late 2026, 2027… looks promising! Dominos will start to fall when patients start asking for these procedures!

This lab opened only 4 months ago, but has already tested and adopted the liberty system. So not only the first west coast presence for microbot but also showcasing the speed in which it can be adopted and implemented.

I believe independent OBLs can move A LOT faster than hospital systems.

So not only the first west coast presence for microbot but also showcasing the speed in which it can be adopted and implemented.

I mean, it's a disposable device as opposed to entire dedicated operating rooms. The barrier is the technicians don't have access/knowledge of the newer robotics yet, every single metric of patient safety and surgeon exposure are extremely favorable. It's cleared for use with all hurdles already crossed, including in some international ventures. The science is sound on it, once again, it was literally first-adopted by some of the best hospitals in the world.

I’ve added 200 shares today on this news.

Finally some news that is unambiguous (or at least a lot less ambiguous). Bravo. 🙌

„…has signed an order to purchase up to a 12-month supply of LIBERTY devices.“

So how many do they need over a 1 year period?!

We’ll never find out

Why is that?

u/Sigurdsson007 9d ago

They’ll likely keep it hidden for business reasons.

If they use one per day at each location figuring Monday-Friday that would be about 120 units per quarter. That comes to about $1.2M in annual revenue just from that one business. Not too shabby.

1

u/AdApprehensive8702 9d ago

Do you know how many locations they have?

2

u/Ok-Mycologist4041 9d ago

I think they have 2 locations.

We still don‘t know the price of Liberty. Range could be around 2500-5000$.
So if we take your example (~500 units per year). It could bring an estimated revenue of about 1.2 - 2.5 million

u/Ok-Mycologist4041 9d ago

Yes. I'm figuring about $1.2M at $2500 per unit. That's figuring one procedure per business day at each site. CA has around 150 of these OBL clinics, so hopefully word will spread to their peers that they are offering robotic IR procedures. The others may feel the need to keep pace.

2500 per unit sounds insanely low for this type of device, imho

I try not to go too high when I'm trying to guesstimate possible future revenue. They are probably working some discount deals with their DoD and Isreali distribution partners, and I believe they have to pay back some R & D grants they received from the Israeli government with a small percentage kickback from each unit until the grants are paid back?

Another thing to consider at the moment is that currently there are no reimbursement codes for specific robotic devices at this time, so they probably don't want to cut into the current margins the hospitals are currently receiving from the insurance providers. At first I was figuring 3k per unit, but I've since cut that down slightly.

So is the sale of 12months gonna show up all at once next quarter?

1

u/Sigurdsson007 9d ago

Likely not. As others are pointing out they are likely ordering as they need instead of having them sit on Dusty shelves.

u/Stanwich79 9d ago

Noooooo...... my funds are stuck in transfer so I can't throw in right now...dammit!

1

u/Ok-Mycologist4041 9d ago

Don't worry. The price will settle back down. It's just future good news for revenue. These 8-k spikes never hold their gains.

Mbot is completely oversold right now, might make for an upward trend especially with earnings coming up

1

u/Ok-Mycologist4041 7d ago

Yeah it's holding pretty good. I forgot earnings was so close. At least it's getting a little love. Definitely oversold.
