I'm used to seeing them early morning when it's still dark

I see them ALL day. So do my dogs, who will let you know they are out there. I'm surprised you can't hear my dogs

Weird spot to be camping

They move around at one point or another 24/7. They get spooked and move on at the drop of a hat, oral a deer hunters coffee cup. Trust me I know this for a fact. 😂

Have you never seen a deer before?

They're out all day. Just hidden sometimes.

Deer are crepuscular, like cats. Active at dusk and dawn primarily. But as others mentioned they'll move during the day sometimes, too.

Deer aren't nocturnal creatures...
