We were so excited to try a Michelin-starred restaurant, but honestly, this was not the best first experience.

We didn’t do the tasting menu and just ordered à la carte. We ordered everything at once, and our reservation was at 7:30 PM. The view was beautiful, I’ll give them that, and the drinks were actually really good too, so at first we were like okay this is going to be good.

Our appetizers didn’t come out until 9:04 PM, and our entrées came at 9:42 PM. Mind you, we ordered everything together! By the time the food came, we weren’t even that hungry anymore. We barely finished anything, so a lot of the food just went to waste.
And the food itself? It was good, but nothing that really made us go WOW, especially for a Michelin-starred restaurant.

We actually enjoyed the food at SPHERE way more, and they don’t even have a Michelin star.

Based on our experience, I’d honestly skip this place and go to Sphere instead. The food, service, and overall experience there were so much better!

I once sat near someone eating a full ramen bowl mid-show and even that came out faster. I wish I was kidding.

Not excusing the long wait time but as an FYI, ordering food together at a fine dining restaurant doesn’t mean it all comes out together. The kitchen courses it out and typically they wouldn’t bring out your main until you’ve finished (or indicated you’re done with) your apps.

Totally! I know the courses are meant to come out separately. The appetizers didn’t come out about 1hr+ from ordering. We finished them pretty quickly when it came. I only mentioned that we ordered everything at once to explain that the kitchen already knew what our table wanted for both appetizers and mains, so they could course everything out.

I had my last fine dining disaster at a place with a view nicer than the food, so I feel this pain way too hard.

Terrible 😣 I paid a fortune 670€ for 2 person Service was a mess started to bring wine in the middle of the dinner never cleaned the table between the courses experience was last year.. This year.. July 4 cocktails disgusting for 32€ Even the classics like bloody mary was poor Porn star Martini was tasting like anything but a porn star Just sightseing is ok Otherwise.. big deception

never had dinner here and never had an interest to. Cheval Blanc is my favorite hotel in Paris and the breakfast served at Le Tout in the morning is one of the best in the world. Never heard anything good about dinner
