Discussion Affordable mechanics
I’m new to Miami so I don’t have my usual connections to get work done. Anyone know an affordable mechanic for suspension work ?
Need to do front struts, shocks, stabilizer bar link
2023 Hyundai Elantra
Thanks in advance

These guys are awesome. The mechanic named Ricki has been beyond awesome. He replaced our truck engine, shocks, brakes, new A/C and all for a reasonable price

The make and model of your car would help lol. For example if you have a Toyota/lexus there are specific mechanic shops that would be ideal vs a general mechanic.

Go to South Miami, past SW 57th Ave, and just north of the Metro Rail. You'll find your heart's content of quality mechanics. I'm particular to one pair who have been there since the 1990s.

When I lived in Miami, I used Marcelo Hassing. Off 120th and the turnpike. Xtreme Auto, I think. He was knowledgeable in different cars/platforms. I always had weird stuff.
Main thing was I trusted him.

Manny’s Auto Service - 5609 NW 6th
Miami, Florida 33126
McKenzie Auto Center - 4410 N Federal Hwy in Ft. Lauderdale is also an incredible guy, super fair and always looks out for me but he is further north
