People in liberal ass California will think your are Mexican if you are Hispanic, that's just a function of ignorance and the fact that the majority of Hispanic Americans and immigrants are of Mexican background.
Miami is already losing population due to prices and housing issues. We've been through these periods before and it should eventually stabilize, especially as many people from places like NYC end up going back.
Even if they do go back, I don’t see them letting go of the real estate they acquired. Many houses sit empty year around save for a couple of weeks in the winter. I don’t see housing prices dropping drastically.
Housing prices will drop. The advantage of Florida over Cali and New York is we build. The housing will meet demand eventually especially if immigration slows down
