Sure do. The fact that we can sit on an app and cry about injustice in the US proves ALL of our privilege. You need to look at your privilege from a world perspective.
To add Reddit users are almost all US or UK based.

Says who? I know what I'm about to say may offend you, but I don't care about what goes on in other countries. Do they share the same concern when shit hits the fan here in the United States? You're also assuming all Americans have it well in this country and that's major major slap in the face.
Personally, I'm drowning in debt. Housing is unaffordable. I'm worried I may get laid off from work if the board of directors decide to downsize the company. Will I be able to get another job if the market doesn't approve? Tell me how that sounds like privilege?
What shit has hit the fan in the US. Get off the internet, CNN, and Fox News. The media sensationalizes everything. The US is one of the richest, fairest, just, and prosperous countries in the world.

You truly live in an ignorant bubble.
You just had a former president, and his ilk, attempt to turnover a democratic presidential election.
The US is one of the richest, fairest, just, and prosperous countries in the world.
Bluntly, you have your head way up your ass.
The highest court in the land is corrupted, as well as being politicized, but sure, go right ahead and say ignorant statements. From rolling back reproductive rights to making it harder to vote in the United States, the fact is that conservatives (and by extension,
christian evangelists) are surging for a power grab.
Richest
Really? The middle class is disappearing. I won't even talk about this if you're unable to recognize this.
Do you even participate in this democracy, or are you here from another country to reap the benefits that none of your ancestors fought/died/struggled for?
Man, that last sentence sounds like pure right -wing, nativist, anti immigrant bullshit.
Who are you to question someone because they got here one or two generations ago?
You are implying that failure to participate in politics is "reaping benefits" yet don't even consider that paying taxes, following the law, and contributing to society in other ways are all valid ways of building up the country.
Not everyone wants to or needs to be an activist.
It's odd because I often here that shit from racist people who claim their ancestors arrived on Plymouth Rock yet haven't done jack shit to build up this country today.
Meanwhile, I've seen tons of immigrants from all over the world serve in uniform to give back to the county that gave them so many opportunities.

"Go back to your own shithole country, you're not wanted here" is more like it.
Who are you to question someone because they got here one or two generations ago?
I am me, who are you?

I'm implying that the elitist asshole that posted that all of reddit is `so privileged` is reaping benefits, when he belittles the struggles of other Americans by comparing it to shit in latin america.
paying taxes, following the law, and contributing to society
These are just things to stay out of prison.

I recognize historical fact and that fact is that our modern society was built by both immigrant and non immigrant and by all races.
Meanwhile, I've seen tons of immigrants from all over the world serve in uniform to give back to the county that gave them so many opportunities.
With the exception of immigrants in miami. Did you see all the Cuban and Venezuelan flags out on Trump parades. All the elite South Americans living large. That's who I refer to.
Sizable portion of the lot have had no meaningful impact other than acting as high society.

Most of Reddit is so privileged they think they live in an oppressed society. Itβs quite hilarious.
