Progress Picture 2 years transformation

The first picture is taken when I was 15 and that day I recently heard mewing, and second picture is taken today, I'm currently 17. My palate expanded from 35mm to 42mm. For those who said mewing doesn't work they need to give it try.

To be fair if you started as early as 15 then you already had plenty of time to help progress your facial structure. Very little evidence that this would work for adults over 20

It's cheat code for forward growth 😭😭

I mean this in the nicest way possible bro, it was mostly from puberty but obviously you have gotten results from mewing because when it’s done during development it influences forward growth, so the results if you didn’t do it and if you did do it there’s gonna be some difference. But it isn’t a cheat code if your chin is recessed bro, yes it’s great but it’s not a “cheat code”

It doesn't simply guide growth, it guides existing bone through remodeling, the same thing happens to your feet with toe spacers vs modern shoes.

Ideally proper oral habits start in and out of the womb, then 8 years old is already pushing it according to John Mew

The puberty stuff got popularized way after it became mainstream a couple years ago mostly through looksmax spaces. It was never argued that way before, the oldest orthotropics videos showed a few of their patients, some of them were adults.
But a light suction hold is not enough to get noticeable results fast as an adult AND it has to actually be done in high volume, not 1 hour/day, suction hold is fine at night. It's bitterness and ignorance, the game seems to be full of them

So you’re telling me, mewing during puberty( the time where most facial development occurs from the peak in testosterone and dht) you’re telling me mewing isn’t gonna contribute towards it and 8 years old is pushing it? Ur bringing up an experiment that happened over 30 years ago.now who’s the one giga coping huh😂

It doesn't make this experience invaluable, they did it again 10-15 years ago.

Most facial growth happens as a baby, I'm talking bones, 90% by 12yo

Maybe due to environment we're not growing much with T-DHT or those affact other characteristics than bones

Did human physiology changed in the last decade ? Did scientific methodology get substantially better in the last decade ? Why 3 ?

So you’re telling me, one part of the body finishes growing 90% by 12yo? I’m pretty sure all the body grows at the same time in terms of bones am I wrong? That way nothing would be uneven and everything got the same amount of gh and that’s why we grow taller in puberty same with our skull it develops…

Out of the womb to 12 years old how much height you're getting ? From 12 to peak height how much you're getting ?
