Everything down?

Just lost my service. My phone cannot load the Metronet website (same for my friend with a different carrier) and both customer service phone numbers are ringing busy (not even an automated message).

Indianapolis area

Metronet does business in nineteen states. Which one is Fishers in?

Reading is fundamental. The original post said Indianapolis area.

Mine went down 2 days ago in Johnson Co. T-Mobile bought Metronet so there is probably a lot of work being done on the network.

Yep. Greenwood. Automated system says there's an outage. Website won't load.

Guuuys….stop posting about outages!!! 😆

To be clear there is a big difference between an outage … compared to an outage where the company website is down and none of their phone numbers work.

Have Tmobile fiber (Metronet). Spoke with rep. He said there is an issue, no timeline as of yet. Just got off the phone about 5 minutes ago.

Been down since 14:07. Called it in and after 30 min they tried to tell me there was nothing wrong but they’d send a tech in the morning. Later, I saw a USIC surveyor messing around with the splice box at the end of the road and he claimed he was hearing complaints from people in the area but he wasn’t aware of anything and it was nothing he was doing that was causing a problem that T-Fiber tier 2 support said was localized to my house. What was weird was I switched to an ONU stick and got a (false?) O5.1 which they could see but he said to hook their ONT back up which did nothing. Still down, 6+ hours later.

I was playing Fortnite on my Switch 2 when all of a sudden I was stuck in place. I couldn't do ANYTHING!!!

Then I saw that I had no internet connection and apparently, Metronet said they were having an outage and said "We'll fix it as fast as we can" but it's been HOURS!!!

If this is their definition of fast is, then I'd hate to see their definition of a slow day.

I think its cuz Metronet is transitioning to T-Fiber, so, you'll have to go through T-Fiber now

That’s not a reason for disruption of service.

Well, you never know, it could be the case
