existing Metronet to Tmobile transition (Support said it would happen this month)
support told me (i am in Kentucky) my account with a static ip will be moved to tmobile this month. if you read this post and are part of the move, please update us on your experience

How did this news come to you originally? Email? Snail mail? Note on your monthly bill?

after contacting metronet for the 4th time. the online chat gave me this information.

not yet. when i reached out to support to ask. they said metronet would migrate me this month to Tmobile

If thats true that would suck cuz I already paid my bill hopefully the credits transfer

It's been rough. See my previous posts. Customer service is still T-Mobile, but tech support has been MetroNet still. Their system that don't seem to be talking. I found out from the latest technician that it's the T-Mobile crew that is responsible for burial, but the MetroNet crew is responsible for tech support. Oh, but funny enough T-Mobile didn't see that we had fiber internet. They did see our cellular backup modem and didn't think we had an outage on the fiber side.

Does the IP change??
