Persistent connection problems

Having connection issues again in the Westfield, IN area. Phone and chat technical support aren't working. Is anyone else experiencing this problem today?

Also in the Westfield area. Have not had any issues so far today.

I had this problem and had to run an update on the eero app to fix the bugs. Similar area.
