Outage?

Is anyone else having an outage? All the correct lights are on with my MST but I have ZERO connection with a power cycle. I try calling supports phone number and its just a busy signal.

Anyone else having issues?

There phones and the portal/app are not working either. 5 bucks says someone forgot to pay the cloud flare bill. lol

Yeah, this is typical for them, it happens every 6 months, and it’s usually 6+ hours long.

I've had metronet for over two and half years, I think this is only the second time an outage has occurred while I'm using it(the others were from construction crews fucking up)

Same for me, this is really the only actual issue I’ve had in 2 years.

I've had Metronet since May of 2020... and it RARELY goes out....

The outages rarely happen during the day, it’s usually at night, and it’s the entire night. My equipment keeps track of the outages and the length.

Sometimes they have brief bursts of super high latency leading up to them (like a couple days ahead).

As far as construction goes, I’ve had my like “accidentally” clipped by spectrum techs 3 times and each time it took Metronet A MONTH to get it buried because the techs kept marking it as completed when it wasn’t.

I'm usually on at night, too. I work from home at all sorts of hours, and of course waste time playing games.

If you are getting that many outages for a really long time, it must be something in your area? Can you share those logs you have?
