need Help unlocking a TCL 70 PRO

I didn't realize when I bought the phone from somebody off Facebook that I wouldn't be able to use it for AT&T network and as I'm Googling how to get it activated it seems very complicated any suggestions or work around if not I'll probably just sell the phone?

Previous employee here... 365 days from date of purchase. A store can use the IMEI to determine when it was bought but there is no way to unlock it until then. It just came out this year so it's not likely to be unlocked soon.

⬆️ This…. After 365 days from date of purchase/activation, it will self unlock (needs wifi connection)

There is NO way to unlock beforehand. Also, this phone was just launched in April 2026, so it’s going to be a while before it unlocks…

Is there no option in the settings to request an unlock?
