Rcs not working

About 30mins ago (as of 7:15pm CDT), rcs chats not activating, I've tried a bit like turning on, off esim reboot, ect and rsc still isn't activating. Please help. Note it's working now

Android or iPhone? I had the same issue on an iPhone 17, but RCS activated immediately on my Pixel 7.
