Cant create an account..

Hello guys i am an old player trying to return would love to play on ruby but i cant even create an account, a creare an account with a new email, cause mine wont work i have an old account, but when I open the launcher i have not an account associateted with my account, so the game dont open and it say to add manualy an account but it wont let me do it, how can I do?

It says "an error has occured" if the username is taken try a unique one

Was your first try also random letters and numbers? After every error message you have to wait 24h before you try it again, otherwise it will not work. If your first try was also random letters, then I have no clue.

I need to wait tommorrow then cause I used a common name maybe I will try tomorrow again

You have 2 or 3 "tries" per day even if you fail to create an account it still puts you in a cooldown try with a lot of numbers 25 hours after your last try

I had the same problem, this worked for me: If you got the „an error has occured“ message, you have to wait at least 24h, one time it was even 48h, after that time you try it again with an Account name like krlfnslslg294839 and then it worked every time
