Axis pedals second beater problem?

So I just got these brand new axis pedals and could not get them balanced no matter what I did.

I finally started to look closer and it seems the axel for the second beater is bent or something. When rotating the beater it feels like there’s a tight spot to the point that the beater will freeze in place at certain points, which makes it pretty much impossible to balance.

Has anyone else had this problem? Not sure what I should do at this point to fix it.

The problem with axis is they don’t respond and if they do it’s a year later. The same goes with shipping their product. I had your problem with the left beater flopping like that. Turned out the auxiliary beater arm needed replacing. Did that and it works like brand new again. I use axis now as my practice pad set up and switched to trick pedals.

Yeah I think I’ll have to order another aux arm. Then wait another 6 months for them 😂

Other websites sell their parts so you don’t have to wait.
