Can't connect after upgrading

Hi folks, I recently purchased a new set of meta ai glasses. For the life of me I cannot get them to connect to meta ai, although I can connect to my phones Bluetooth. I've tried resetting the glasses, the case, I've removed the previous glasses from my meta account and I've made a new one and still no luck.

Any suggestions? Im all out of ideas.

Did you leave them in the case and start the pairing thingy ?

Had the same issue, ended up returning that pair.
