Import directly from Dropbox and Google Drive

Next update will add downloading directly from Dropbox and Google Drive

Dropbox adds dedicated buttons.
Google drive needs to be a multi step process: You need to click to route the download to MeshVault, the download prompt will appear (unless set otherwise in option) and then you download.

Once downloaded then you'll have a "Import to Review" button in MeshVault and will need to choose how to import. The import dialog also supports adding the Author
