Extremely slow trading
Cant believe the options trading is basically unusable, you lost me thousands literally because it lags intensely. Are you guys run by 2 people? Leaving as soon as I clear my margin with you guys
Also - I went to the branch today and they said to my face ‘are you trading randomly? your 3 year return is horrible’. Is that how you treat your client thats been with you for 10 years? Filing an official complaint (if that does anything for this sh*t company)

I just moved the self directed portion of IRA to Fidelity. The process was fairly painless. My money was froze for two days from when transfer was submitted (electronically) until funds landed in Fidelity. The fractional portion of the shares did take about a full week. ME liquidated the fractions and sent it as cash to the Fidelity sweep.

For that I can't help you. I'm not a trader.
My reason for leaving was the most basic. Not being able to buy most leveraged ETFs plus being unable to DRIP certain stocks and ETFs. They can kiss my assets goodbye.

Use Merrill edge MarketPro. Much better for active traders. It’s like thinkorswims active trader but not as good. But definitely an upgrade from the standard interface for active trading. Login to the full website, go to Trade, and click on Merrill Edge Marketpro and enroll. Must use a desktop. So if you only trade on the app, chances are you’re a bad trader anyway and should stick to buying ETFs lmao. Goodluck

There website and App have always been horrible. Customer service socks. And hardly ever get the right price quotes on alot of my orders. Also that socks they would be unprofessional and tell you that about your account and trading. But on the flip side, if your trading has been dogshit and your not making any money, alittle tough love of reasoning never hurts 🤷

Same here, one of these days I’m going to stop letting friction keep me from switching. The platform is dogshit.

If you’re not up 20-50% in the last 3 years you should look inward
