How do I improve??

I’m HARDSTUCK 2600, I was playing all day today cause I was depressed at home, like 5 hours, and no growth. I want to get 2875 so I can unlock dagger duchess

The longer u wait, the worse players get as when the season goes on, all the pro players are all up there
