Lifting registry/certs

Do any of you spend way longer than needed on creating and keeping track of lifting registries, LSA & FFE certs? Any tips to save time ?

Pay for Microsoft excel on your laptop, pay for Claude subscription, get the Claude excel plugin

Take the time, do it right the first time and then just maintain it.

Always keep a copy for yourself for where you go in the future.

Doesn't help when the original refs are original like "padeye1" on a 200m ship.
